Once the Technician directs you to click either of the the connection buttons below; a secure encrypted 'tunnel' is created through the internet which then identifies you to the Technicians computer. Once your 'incoming call' is accepted, he can then see, & work on your PC as if he was right there in person.

Security FAQ's
1/ The call is always initiated by you as an 'outbound' request. Once the session is ended; either by you or the Technician, he cannot reconnect back without your permission or involvment.
2/ Each connection is encoded using 256 bit encryption making it secure from any 3rd party prying eyes.
3/ Your personal information is just as, or perhaps more secure & confidential than it would be if you had the Technician present in your home or place of business.
